Ordering, shipping & processing
Every set is custom-made from your own dental impressions. Your total turnaround depends mostly on how fast your molds get back to us — production starts the day they arrive.
- Kit ships. We mail your impression kit within 1–2 business days of your order, via USPS with tracking. The kit is included with every order.
- You make your molds. Follow the included instructions carefully. Most fit problems come from rushed or incomplete impressions.
- You mail molds back. Return postage for your molds is the buyer's responsibility. Use a trackable service and send us your tracking number. Molds must reach us within 30 days of kit delivery.
- We check your molds. We'll message you within 1 business day of arrival to confirm they're usable.
- Production. 7–9 business days from the day we receive usable molds. Moissanite and other custom work may take longer; we'll tell you up front.
- Your grillz ship. Via USPS with tracking. You'll receive a shipping notice with your tracking number.

Because your order moves into production quickly, cancellation depends on where it is in the process:
To cancel, message us on Instagram or reply to your order confirmation. We'll confirm the stage of your order and process any refund to your original payment method.
Returns & exchanges
Every set of TrapGoldGrillz is custom-made from your own dental impressions, so it can only ever fit one person. For that reason we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we can't offer refunds for change of mind, style, or finish.
You are still protected. If your grillz don't fit when they arrive, arrive damaged, or aren't what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — see our Fit & Remake Guarantee below.

If your grillz don't fit when they arrive, we'll remake them once for free — just tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
How to request a remake
- Message us within 48 hours of the delivery date shown in tracking.
- Send clear photos and a short video of the grillz on your teeth, front and side views.
- We'll review and tell you the next step. We may ask you to mail the original grillz back and/or take a new impression.
Covered — one free remake per order
- Grillz that don't fit on arrival — rocking, gaps, or won't seat on your teeth
- Manufacturing defects present on arrival
- Wrong item or finish compared to your order
Not covered
- Fit problems reported more than 48 hours after delivery
- Fit changes after dental work, braces, retainers, or tooth movement
- Teeth selected incorrectly when ordering
- Damage from wear, biting, eating, dropping, or improper cleaning
- Normal wear of gold plating over time
- Change of mind on style, finish, or design
Additional remakes or design changes beyond the first free remake can be quoted on request.
Payments
Orders are paid in full before your impression kit ships; we do not offer deposits or payment plans. When you order through this website, we confirm your set by message and send a secure payment link — we never see or store your card details. Orders placed on our Etsy shop are paid through Etsy Payments.
Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout.
Wear, care & safety
Grillz are removable cosmetic jewelry, not a dental appliance. Remove them before eating, sleeping, or playing sports; drink only water while wearing them. Don't wear grillz if you have loose teeth, gum problems, or ongoing dental treatment — check with your dentist first. Stop wearing them and see a dentist if you feel pain or irritation. We are not dentists and don't give dental advice.
Brush your own teeth before putting them in. After each wear, rinse and clean gently with a soft toothbrush, warm water, and mild soap. Don't use toothpaste, bleach, alcohol-based mouthwash, or jewelry dips — they scratch or strip plating. Dry completely and store in the case.

How does ordering work?
Choose your set, teeth and finish, then message us to confirm your order. We mail you an impression kit, you make your molds at home and mail them back, and we custom-make your grillz from your molds and ship them to you.
Is this real gold?

How long will my order take?
Your impression kit ships within 1–2 business days. Production takes 7–9 business days from the day we receive usable molds, plus shipping time. The faster you return your molds, the sooner you get your grillz.
What if my grillz don't fit?
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a short video of them on your teeth. If they don't fit on arrival, we'll remake them once for free. Fit issues reported after 48 hours or caused by dental changes are not covered.
Can I return or exchange my grillz?
No. Every set is custom-made from your own impressions and can't be resold, so we don't accept returns or exchanges. Fit problems, defects, and wrong items are covered by our Fit & Remake Guarantee.
What if my molds don't come out right?
We check every mold when it arrives. If yours can't be used, we'll send photos and a replacement kit; a kit and shipping fee may apply. Following the instructions step by step is the best way to get a perfect fit the first time.
Can I eat, drink, or sleep with my grillz in?
